Board of Management
From the outset in 1987 Julian House has benefited hugely from the advice and guidance which has been provided by the members of its Board of Management. Their primary role has been to set the strategic direction of the organisation, hold the director accountable for the effective management of its projects and services – as well as ensuring good governance at all times.
The skills and experience which the members bring to Julian House is of huge value – financial, legal, property plus many others. In addition to their main board duties all are involved in key sub committees which have a much closer supervision role of the charity’s various activities.
Julian House is always looking to enhance the board’s breath of experience and welcomes offers of support from potential new members.
