Upper Swainswick Open Gardens

Saturday 17th May 1pm - 4pm

A variety of village gardens in the picturesque village of Upper Swainswick (2 miles north of Bath), which are not usually open to the public, can be explored where gardeners and non-gardeners alike can enjoy inspirational planting, hidden delights and kitchen gardens.

The gardens range from small to well over an acre, and from wild to traditional. Some of the more unusual features include a small woodland, fruit trees, a micro garden, water features, a  white garden, handmade cob oven and willow fence as well as topiary.

Teas and cakes can also be enjoyed in one of the beautiful gardens whilst taking in what can only be described as ‘breathtaking’ views across Swainswick valley.

Combined Admission for all gardens £3.50 (children free) with proceeds going to Julian House
