About the event

Back for a fourth time. The Bath Beast 2026.

Two road routes will take riders through Bath city centre initially, before climbing back up to Claverton Down and then heading south through the breathtaking, scenic countryside of North East Somerset. Riders will have the chance on the longer route to cycle through the Longleat estate. The 45-mile and 75-mile distances are both designed to challenge the most dedicated of riders and will provide a fantastic opportunity for cyclists wanting to discover the undulating hills around Bath.

NEW FOR 2026, The Dirty Beast . 55 miles (approx) of a mixture of tracks, towpaths, lanes and great views. Suitable for gravel, cyclo-cross bikes and MTB . Westbury Hill is the high point of this new route.

It's called the Beast for a reason; everyone knows Bath for its challenging hills and stunning views.

The rides start and finish at Walcot Rugby Fotball…
