Fundraising hero Penny raises money to help Basingstoke services

We want to say a BIG thank you to fundraising superstar Penny, aged 8, who held a toy sale after school with funds going to Julian House.
Originally it was to make money for her piggy bank but she changed her mind & said she wants to raise money for homelessness services in Basingstoke ☺️
Thank you to Rowberry Morris Solicitors who have kindly agreed to match fund Penny's fundraiser.
In Basingstoke, we have an Assertive Outreach Team, including specialist Navigators, who are out on the streets of Basingstoke and Dean, 7 days a week ensuring anyone who has been forced to sleep rough, or is leading a street based lifestyle, understands the options available to come in.
Penny had heard about our service from a school talk and wanted to help out.
The money raised from this sale will ensure that people in the community receive a warm drink, a listening ear and eventually, a pathway to safety and recovery.
