Soroptimist Bath & District

Diane Steele from the Soroptimist Bath & District visited our domestic abuse refuge to present us with a cheque as a result of their fundraising.

This was a culmination of a year of fundraising events which included a quiz, a Street Fair, a bucket collection & donations from the Soroptimists International abroad.

The volunteers at the Soroptimists have been working with the domestic abuse refuge this year, providing uplifting and creative sessions including sewing and yoga, for the woman who are staying there.

This summer the money raised will provide a day out for all the woman and children at the Wiltshire Refuge.

We wish to express our gratitude to Diana and the Soroptimists for their remarkable kindness and generosity.
