The Bristol and South Gloucestershire offender supported housing service provides 16 units of supported accommodation for offenders.
The service supports those offenders deemed as high risk of re-offending and works in partnership with Probation, Police, Local Authorities, Mental Health, substance misuse treatment and other community partnership agencies.
The service provides 3 months of transitional housing support upon move on and a focus on developing independent living skills and into employment opportunities to reduce the risk of repeat homelessness and re –offending. This service has an office in Bristol.
The service is funded through the National Probation Service and the Office of the Avon and Somerset Police & Crime Commissioner.
