Somerset Positive Lives

The Somerset Positive Lives supported housing service provides 20 units of supported accommodation Somerset wide for offenders supervised primarily by the National Probation Service and Police.

The service supports those offenders deemed as high risk and works in partnership with Probation, Police, Local Authorities, Mental Health, substance misuse treatment and other community partnership agencies. The service provides 3 months move on floating support and a focus on developing independent living skills to reduce the risk of repeat homelessness and re –offending.

The service is developing enhanced community and volunteering opportunities and has offices in Yeovil and Somerset.
