Bath and North East Somerset
We have been providing outreach in B&NES for more than 8 years and have seen some fantastic outcomes for individuals. This service is currently funded through the Help for Single Homeless Fund.
We prioritise vulnerable women within crisis services and have ensured that no woman has needed to spend a second night out on the streets.
Exeter, East Devon and Teignbridge
We are also providing a similar service to rough sleepers and people leading street-based lifestyles across Exeter, East Devon and Teignbridge.
This fully-funded 30 month contract has the key aim of supporting rough sleepers off the streets and linking them in with homeless agencies across the area.
In line with national homeless policy, where an individual has no family or historical connection to the area, efforts will be made to reconnect them with their former place of residence.
