3rd December- Bradford on Avon Giving Tree

Updated: Dec 3

Nestled underneath a tree beautifully adorned with handmade glass art by Compton Glass Artwork you can find a community donation box for Julian House.

We are very grateful to Christopher Curtis and the Bradford on Avon Town Council for making Julian House a beneficiary of the Christmas Giving Tree as it celebrates its 11 years of community generosity.

Our donation station was unveiled at their annual Christmas Lights Switch On last week. This is always one of the highlights of the year, and a great example of where the whole community comes out to enjoy some festivities.

Unfortunately, last year the unveiling of the Giving Tree at the lights display was cancelled due to flooding so we are very lucky again to receive their donations.

We are looking for:

  • Non perishable foods:

    • Tinned and Canned Foods

    • Pasta and Rice

    • Cereals

    • Sauces and Cooking Essentials

    • Milk (long-life UHT or powered milk)

    • Tea and Coffee

    • Snacks and Treats

    • Baby Food

  • Toiletries

    • Soap

    • Shampoo and Conditioner

    • Toothpaste and Toothbrushes

    • Deodorant

    • Sanitary Products

  • Household Essentials

    • Toilet rolls

    • Washing-up liquid

    • Laundry detergent

    • Baby Essentials

    • Pet Food

The donations given will be sent to our Big Ask donation drive at St. Saviours Church in Larkhall Bath which is our base to receive and distribute donations across our services.

We are fortunate to have such a supportive community; every donation of toiletries, long life foods and warm clothes will make a profound impact on the lives of our clients  across the South West.

Thank you Bradford on Avon and everyone involved in this heartwarming project!

This Christmas, join us in celebrating the extraordinary efforts of our team and the incredible journeys of our clients.
