4th December- Reach Out

Reach Out is a partnership based in Dorset which aims to look at innovate ways to meet the needs of people experiencing homelessness.

Since April, Julian House has been working alongside Shelter, The Lantern Trust, Waythrough, Dorset Council Public Health and The Bus Shelter Dorset to ensure that people experiencing or at risk of homelessness have access to treatment.

Each partner has a Drug & Alcohol Support worker embedded in their organisation to be able to offer support at the earliest opportunity in locations where people feel safe.

This partnership focuses on targeting individuals who require additional support around their drug and alcohol support. It’s made up of those in the attached document and it is a partnership of agencies all with one to two workers per organisation to tackle this support.

The goal of the partnership is to reduce number of individuals actively using and support them with their mental health and management.

This is not just a celebration of our team's hard work, but a heartfelt acknowledgment of the transformations we've witnessed together.

This Christmas, join us in celebrating the extraordinary efforts of our team and the incredible journeys of our clients.
